The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

2. Replacement Process

Our team will provide instructions for returning the defective product.
A replacement product will be sent once we receive and inspect the defective item.

3. Important Note

Refunds are not available. Only a replacement product will be provided in case of defects.
